I will be intentional on effective and efficient recruitment by setting clear, data‑driven targets for new Brothers across our colleges and alumni communities. While also rolling out a programs to teach soft skills and recognize tenured brothers to ensure they are effective recruits for potential members.
I will work to develop and champion a Regional Leadership Academy—equipping every Brother with branding, risk‑management, and governance training to serve with excellence. S.O.L.A.: Southeastern Region Officer Leadership Academy.
I will establish a retention task force and chapter‑to‑chapter mentorship so that Brothers feels connected after graduation and are able to identify a Sigma Home. Furthermore, l will utilize the talent in the Southeastern Region to execute the Leadership Academy.
